W.S. Darley & Company

Headquartered in Itasca Illinois, Darley was founded in 1908 and today remains a family owned and operated business. The company currently has two manufacturing facilities located in Chippewa Falls Wisconsin and six different divisions: Fire Pumps, Fire Apparatus, Fire Equipment, Odin Foam Division, Polybilt Body Company and most recently Ohler Pump. This diversity of product line has allowed W.S. Darley to establish itself as a worldwide presence, ensuring prompt service and delivery of parts to its customers.

The Odin Foam Division

Odin Foam is a Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS) manufacturer that holds three separate patents for its innovative designs. We have nearly twenty years of production experience and well over 200 units in the field. Our products range from a 70 GPM / 50 CFM CAFS unit, all the way up to a cannon-size CAFS module that delivers 1000 GPM / 400 CFM. We also design and build engine, hydraulic, and split-shaft PTO driven systems.

We have always responded to the needs and requests of the end-user and for this reason, we would be happy to design and build to your particular engine or equipment specifications. In addition to our line of CAFS modules, we have available low-mileage demo trucks.
